Stoker’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and has been involved in the successful resolution of many business litigation disputes on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. He represents clients across various industries, including real estate and insurance in a broad range of disputes involving, contracts, TRO and injunctive relief proceedings, and other litigation involving commercial businesses in both federal and state courts. Stoker regularly obtains favorable results for his clients, including the dismissal of claims.

Prior to joining Figari + Davenport, Stoker gained experience representing clients in the transportation, energy, and insurance industries involved in tort litigation.
