Lance
Lance has a diverse litigation practice. He represents clients in a variety of business litigation matters, from commercial disputes involving contracts to complex disputes involving property ownership and partnership interests. He has represented major life, health, and disability insurance companies and third-party administrators in a broad array of matters, including claims disputes, rescissions, and agency disputes. Since joining Figari + Davenport, Lance has been involved in virtually all aspects of civil litigation, including first chair trial experience.
